The Tempelton Group Deceptive Marketing Westbury New York

In June of 2013 Mr. Darwyn Martin ,a sales agent of The Tempelton Group visited my home and explained that his company can successfully negotiate a Home Affordable Modification Program on my behalf. I agreed to the proposal and wrote two checks totalling $3500.00 that were given to Mr. Darwyn. Check #1591was dated for cashing on July 9th, and check #1592 for August 6th, 2013.

Approximately one month after Mr. Martin's visit I was advised that he no longer worked there .Mr.Eli would be my new representative.Several attempts to reach him were unsuccessful. Finaly I was able to reach him on his mobile phone and he explained that he too no longer worked at Tempelton. He could not say whether the agency was still functioning.

No one answers the telephone at the company and I have not been contacted by anyone there regarding the status of my HAMP nor my $3500.00 check payment.
