Back in April of 2013  I heard an ad on the radio indicatiing a comprehensive  plan to help 

homeowners avoid foreclosures by providing affordable and sustainable mortgage loans.

I immediately called and a Mr James Pope returned my call. We set an appointment and he  

came to my apt. gave me applications to fill out took $2500 application fees and flip flopped

my calls and any further correspondence. Needless to say, loan was never approved and no 

refund of my application fee. Mr James Pope was a so called senior consultant for The Tempelton 

Group. Unfortunatly they were using  President Obama's Administration to legitimize this scam.

The Tempelton Group robbing people of the tempelton group in westbury ny has ripped me off, they . i entered into a business relationship with them to modify my mortgage interest rate in november 2012. the cost was $3000 which , by contract, is fully refundable should this not come to fruition. i have received a letter from my bank denying my modification and cannot get my money back from The Tempelton Group. they, lie, hang up on me, dont return emails or voicemails and are generally paying me a lot of lip service, there answer to my modification being denied was the bank is lying makes no sense to me. if the bank said no, then we are done and my money should be returned. the Tempelton Group, Westbury, NY scam Ronald Tuftan Ronald Tuftan came to my home and told me he could do a remodification of my mortgage, he told me it would take 4-6 months and I gave him two checks for different amounts, he called me every 2 weeks or so and also had me fax my pay stubs and bank account statements to him at the beginning of each month. Those checks I gave him where cashed bya licensed cashier on 1275 50th st.payed to Capitol One Bank. I called my mortgage company to ask how the loan was going and they said there is nothing happening and that a Mark Sutten called in the beginning of the process and that was it. Westbury New York
