I signed online to get the week trial and the package arrived after the week trial and I was charged $78.41.

When I called they told me to call the post office since it was not their fault the package took longer than a week. Since it passed the week I had no other choice than accept the charge and I could not return the unopened box.

The customer service is horrible and they don't care at all, I disputed the charge but it shows as a legitimate charge. They should be sue.
