I ordered their product in good faith, even read the fine print about the unusually short trial period and authorized them to bill me for shipping only. Six days later, they charged my account for nearly $80 and I did not even receive the product till four days after that. When I got the package, there were items missing and the microdermabrasion "thing" did not work at all.

So I called them to return the product and get my money back. I was promptly informed I could not get my money back as my trial period had expired. I explained I had not received the product for ten days and that it did not work. I was repeatedly told the same thing and they offered to "let me ship the product back" but I was not eligilble for any credit. I asked to speak with a manager as I was certain they did not want an unhappy customer.

I was wrong, they don't really care. It took me three attempts to speak with a manager who finally conceded and gave me a shipping address with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #).  She assured me they would issue a credit to me within three days of them receiving the product back.  She also told me they had to receive the shipment back in a certain time period, so I shipped it FedEx with a return receipt. Why? Because I did not trust them and BOY was I right.

Ten days after they received the product back, I called to find out the status of my credit. I was thrown into the same nightmarish loop again where they first told me to e-mail the RMA# and tracking # to them. I did that and they responded via e-mail that "I was not eligible" for a credit but they would be happy to ship the product back to me if I would please verify my mailing address. So I called again!

Same story, non-existent managers and I was told repeatedly I was not eligible for my money back. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ever buy anything from these people! I intend to tweet, Facebook, Myspace and every other social networking way to spread the word about these scammers! I did file an dispute with my bank. Even if I get my money back via the dispute, I intend to spread the word. The Ultimate Facial is a slimy, scamming, money-grubbing set up and should be put out of business!
