okay i went to a website stating that if i do two products i will rec a 100 gift card i pick two that my lady would like the product was shipped out on the first i did not get it in the mail until friday so i am think i have until the 11/12/11 to test the product but when i read something not right they counted the trial date from the day they shippied it so i called today and got no where i told them i check my bank account and i was charge 78.42 plus another 3.49 shipping i talk to renee which claim is the supervisor that no refeund read the policy not exceptions was has been shipped you have to keep i called again i talk to maragret she told me what i have i need to keep and nothing else was shipped out
