After 4 months of waiting.... this gym still has my money; and its still closed! They promised 30 to 45 day's in January. They Don't answer emails, messages ! At this point, I am out of 137.00 for this crap gym. I have notified the BBB of there practices and 36 month contract; in which I have never been able to use.
Although I signed up in January my 3 day rights to cancel should start from when the services are open to use...right ? Needless to say this was a total waist of my time and money ! And the staff is rude and out of shape, old, wrinkled and so unaware of a fitness lifestyle. The owner seemed to know very little about construction of his own gym. What a joke !

Dear Readers,
Daniel Dodson (from the Division of Consumer Affairs) and I had a conversation today about the above report. I explained to him that the writer of the report was not Gale but a disgruntled ex-employee posing as a member. The staff of The Zoo Health Club and The Better Business Bureau have independently verified a trend of bogus reports by this ex-employee.
This same ex-employee has gone the route of threatening and harassing staff to the point where a police report had to be filed. The Better Business Bureau conducted an independent investigation and removed his bogus reports from their website. He has been given a verbal warning from the police. He has also been warned by his current employer for professional conduct. He should be deeply ashamed of himself.
The staff of The Zoo Health Club will serve this community with all our heart. We have what I believe to be the best equipment in the world. We have several membership types to suit varying needs. The staff genuinely cares. We are located in a very convenient location. The facility and all equipment are brand new. The personal training is top notch!
We welcome all of you into the facility. Please step in for a tour. The staff of The Zoo Health Club is proud to serve.
