On 12.25.12 my wife purchased three tickets from a website Seattle-theater.com in which Take Me Out Tickets charged $199.00 per ticket for a 01.01.2013 show at 5th Street Theater, Seattle, WA. We became concerned after we purchased the tickets as we had heard the price was too high. We called the theater and were told by them that this was a scam.  We found out that the actual tickets would cost $30.00. On 12.27.12, when we received the tickets we immediately returned them and disputed the charges with US BANK. We lost this dispute due to the terms and policies statement that there are no refunds or exchanges.

This is a scam and needs to be stopped. The Seattle.theater.com pushed my wife onto a second tier ticket broker, Take Me Out Tickets, who then created a perception that they were selling directly from the Seattle theater.  The entire process is designed to intentionally deceive the buyer.
