Thedigitalnerds.com Rude and arrogant customer service; scam; rudly told my order was already cancelled because it was out of stock while the website still shows it in stock Nationwide

I was trying to buy a digital camera online. When searched, the company, thedigitalnerds.com was listed in everyprice.com. It sure has unbelievably low price compared to others sellers. I placed order twice through different websites but I'm sure I talked to the same crook person twice as he was extremely rude in his tone. I can't forget.

Well, they sent me an order confirmation letter and asked to call the number 800-958-0054 to confirm the order. When I called, the person quickly says the camera I ordered is out-of-stock. No further talk. When I was trying to make a conversation with him that the website still says the camera is in stock, he angrily says that "its not difficult to understand that camera is out-of stock!" No apologies no further conversation, nothing... and he hung up.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Just wasted so much of my time. After talking to that person twice, it just ruined my day and I just had to do something about it. When I look into the store ratings, there are so many positive feed-backs which don't make any sense and they all seem to be so similar as if done by themselves. The negative feed-backs however were very convincing and very similar to what I went through and I quickly realized that they are nothing but scammers trying to rip you off.

I just hope those scamers are rooted out from the society.
