theperchstore.net Order never received , Internet

I placed an order on April 28.  After two weeks when it hadn't been delivered, I sent three e-mails, which were ignored.  I called, and the phone was out of service.  Same story as the rest of you.  I reported it to my bank, and they reported it to Mastercard International for dispute.  They said I'll probably get my money back.  Hopefully enough people will report this to the credit card companies and The Perch Store will be fined and/or shut down.  I've also reported this to many people in the bird community in Los Angeles.
