I placed an order with this company. My credit card was immediately charged and no order confirmation was sent to my email account as stated. 

After a week with no response, I attempted to contact the company and found that the number was no longer in service.  After a bit of research, I found that many other customers had the exact experience with this company.

I submitted an online contact form on the company's site, but after researching other complaints, I don't expect any response from the form either.

I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and they gave me an alternate contact number that the company had registered.  That number also proved to be a dead end.

I called my bank again and started a formal charge dispute.
