Joey and company at The Perch Store (I thought they were in New York ) ripped me off for the price of a tabletop perch for my bird. They have never responded to my phone calls, emails or the messages that I have left. To complete the insult, they have the audacity to keep sending me emails asking me to purchase from them again.

I did pay through Paypal and Paypal did take it to Resolution and of course I prevailed, but to what end? Paypal would not inform me as to what action they took as they said that it would be an invasion of his privacy. Perhaps they limited his Paypal usage for a time, I have no way of knowing.

Do not do any business with this man or company-they will rip you off!!!
