Evidently I signed up for their services on Sept 20, 2014 when applying for a loan

I thought I canceled it like I always do but I could not find cancelation number so they aare charging me 29.93

Never provided me with fiollow up information so I thought it was canceled

Think credit Basically, I was applying for housing with my fiancé. It asked for my credit report and sent me to think credit. On the page it says for a review on my credit report it'll cost 1.00$ so I put in my card info. I only did the credit score ONCE. They took out two dollar in two different transactions. Which was about four days ago and I haven't been back on the site since. Now today they took out 29.95$ from my account. I called my bank they had me call the 800-311-5077 number and the male representative was completely horrible. He wasn't friendly, he didn't help me what so ever. He was one of the worst representatives I've ever spoken to in my life. I want my money back or I'll continue to file complaints and reports. He must not have any experience with customer service. I promise to continue filing reports until my case is handled properly. Internet

Think Credit ID Safelock Charged for both Think Credit reports and ID Safelocks and REFUSED to remove charges when I called and cancelled the services even though they were called within the hour services were first charged and against their guarantee that all money back if not satisfied and service cancelled.  Internet
