Think credit Basically, I was applying for housing with my fiancé. It asked for my credit report and sent me to think credit. On the page it says for a review on my credit report it'll cost 1.00$ so I put in my card info. I only did the credit score ONCE. They took out two dollar in two different transactions. Which was about four days ago and I haven't been back on the site since. Now today they took out 29.95$ from my account. I called my bank they had me call the 800-311-5077 number and the male representative was completely horrible. He wasn't friendly, he didn't help me what so ever. He was one of the worst representatives I've ever spoken to in my life. I want my money back or I'll continue to file complaints and reports. He must not have any experience with customer service. I promise to continue filing reports until my case is handled properly. Internet

 The problem is YOU DID NOT READ!!! Had YOU read the terms and conditions instead of just clicking that "Agree" button YOU would have seen that by paying that one dollar YOU were entering into a CONTRACT that for a fee of $29.99 MONTHLY you would have unlimited access to YOUR credit report. HOW do I know this?? BECAUSE I READ IT!!!!!!! YOU can sit there and WHINE and COMPLAIN and HOLD YOUR BREATH AND STOMP YOUR FEET, but that wont change REALITY!!!!! The reality is that YOU did not read WHAT you were agreeing to and ASSUMED that EVERYTHING involved with THAT site was ONLY going to cost YOU a dollar. YOU wont be getting a refund BECAUSE YOU signed a CONTRACT!!!! I would suggest that in the future YOU take a few moments of YOUR oh so precious time and inform yourself of WHAT you are getting yourself into. But from the tone of YOUR post, YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR OWN ACTIONS!!!! So WHY would anyone expect that YOU would be an adult at ALL in ANY manner in ANY situation? You did this to yourself. That site would also be well within their rights to SUE YOU for the defamation YOU have posted. We KNOW you cant read when its REALLY NEEDED so we KNOW YOU complete dismissed the portion of this site that explains DEFAMATION in clear terminology. I hope they DO go after YOU!!! perhaps THAT is what its going to take to FORCE you to act more like an ACTUAL ADULT!!! YOU DIDNT READ and somehow MAGICALLY that makes THEM the bad guys for ONLY doing what YOU AGREED TO!!!!! Typical child scammer logic. Since YOU are IGNORANT of what YOU agreed to it MUST all be a scam. Its NOT and YOU should be ashamed of yourself for going on the web and LYING about a innocent party. It was ONLY BECAUSE of YOUR IGNORANCE and YOUR PETTY SPITEFUL WAYS that YOU made a FAKE report designed SOLELY to make yourself look like a better victim and to paint THEM in the worst light YOU can. Thankfully there is someone who can point out to YOU how YOU screwed up. Accept that YOU BONED YOURSELF and move on. Oh and THREATS like the one YOU posted.....I have a excellent credit score and I don't appreciate this at all. I never heard of this site before and I want my money back. I will continue to file reports and make matters worse if I receive my money back.......Those don't fly very far with judges so keep the stupid and petty to YOURSELF...Thanks

(Emphasis added) Since you didn't cancel they charged you for the monthly monitoring. If you don't cancel (keep the confirmation number) they will continue to charge you the monthly fee.
