i received a email about this product. i usually delete, but this interested me. it read that for 3.97, (shipping and handling fee) i would receive a trial sample of thintabs... a dietary supplement guaranteed to help you lose weight and curb your appetite. i thought it sounded safe enough, looked professional enough, i decided to try this offer. my credit card was charged the 3.97. it took about 2 weeks, and the tabs arrived.
i opened them, followed the directions, took one in the morning. i had a very jittery feel and did not like how i felt. so i did not order any more. a few days later, my credit card was charged again for 149.95, 1 month supply. i called immediately and cancelled, explained what happened with the product and asked that my credit card be credited back. i was told that it would be. a few days later, a package arrived with the supply of pills, i sent them back, return to sender, unopened.
i have not seen the credit on my account yet, i was told it would take about 2 billing cycles for it to show up.
i just received a bill from a collection agency, claiming i owe this money. very bogus operations!

Every solicitation I got from these theives have their terms and conditions placed below the submit button. Once you click that button and don't scroll down further, you see nothing. The submit button gives them the information they need to scam you for hundreds.
As a matter of fact, today I received an offer from them, (which makes ten this month under all different names,) and the offer site contained no terms and conditions at all. P.S. I have saved these offers for future referral.

I'm sorry. but you will never see a refund from these criminals. I am very disappointed in Discover Card, because they reinstated the $149.95 charge on my credit card, because these theives sent them a copy of their terms and conditions which they claim I agreed to. We all know this is a lie. So I closed my account, and refuse to pay the bill. The bogus collection agency also billed me $285.94, which I will not pay. It wouldn't surprise me if the collection agency is run by the same monsters. I have contacted several government agencies, and everyone should do the same.
