Thomas Tharakan, Stylus, YYZ Stole money Toronto Ontario Canada

Thomas Tharakan stole money from my small business. We hired Thomas and his company, YYZ, to do some media and PR outreach to help generate business. There was an agreement in place to pay for three months of services for which several events were to be held over the course of that time. We paid Thomas personally, which was our first mistake; our second mistake was paying in full. After the first event, where he promised that the major media outlets would be present and we're not, we decided that we were going to let him go.

He was not fulfilling his end of the bargain and we did not want to waste any more time or money on him. We asked for half our money back, which we thought was more than fair and covered his expenses for the event held, and then some. It has been almost six months and we have never seen a penny back from Thomas. He has not returned phone calls or any emails. Nobody can seem to find him. He has not given us any materials produced for/from the event either.
