My truck went in for repair 11/20/01. I got my truck back for the 8th time still, but it still is not repaired as of 3/28/02. I also had to put a new transmission in because they did not put the fluids back in the truck.

Not just the water but, the oil, the transmission fluid. After all that, they put used parts on the car. This is the worst body shop that I have ever experienced. They definitely have a problem with their quality control.

The fact is that they don't have one. Take the insurance money and screw the customer. Everyone makes out but you. Please please, go somewhere else and ask around before you get ripped off. Don't end up without a car and broke like I did. Ihis company SUCKS.

8 trips still didn't get my vehicle fixed. Warning, find a different shop!!
