Three C Body Shop Insurance Fraud, Forgery, Car Theft Columbus Ohio

 This is an elaborate scam that involves conspiracy with insurance companies. My car was hit by someone with Progressive insurance. I took it to Three C for an estimate. I gave them my name and number and signed nothing. They towed the car to another location. Several days went by and they wouldn't return my calls. When I finally got a call they told me the car was totaled and they already worked it out with Progressive. There is no way on earth that car should have been declared totaled. It was still driveable . Progressive offered me an amount and wanted to keep the car. I elected to take the lesser amount and get the car back. Three C refused to give it back. They said I owed $1200 in storage fees plus towing fees. I escalated and the manager said I signed a 10 page agreement, which he sent to me. It was so clearly a forged document it was almost comical. I called the police and they did nothing. Progressive said they couldn't help. Three C apparently does not charge them the fees when they take possession of the car. I took the lesser amount and let them have the car. I filed a report with the Fraud and Forgery department with the local police. I spoon fed them the evidence, which was compelling. They literally refused to do anything. I persisted, and they said it would take three years to even get to my case. I still have the forged document and would be quite willing to help expose them. It's pretty clear that they are declaring cars totaled to take and resell them. Thanks.
