Ticket Busters Deceptive and Misleading, Internet

Be careful what you do with these people. They do not do anything but file for you. Then they leave all the rest to you and if you do not send them the exact information after your original case is settled, they will not give you back any money. Even though I was found guilty and  had 20 days to request a new trial, ticket busters never contacted me until 40 days after the original guilty decision even though I had called them to see what needed to be done ( I only had 20 days to file a new trial)I called ticket busters to let them know I  filed a request for a new trial, they convenienrly didn't tell me I needed to send them a copy of the original court decision or the request for a new trial. 

Now 3 days after my new court case (dismissed because the officer did not show up in court) I get a letter from Ticket busters telling me I did not follow the contract and they will not reimburse me. OK, they did nothing, nothing nothing. I did all the work and they filed it. This is how they make their money. Make it too hard to follow the contract and do not tell you anything helpful when you call. I know there are 2 sides to a story but believe me be very careful. This is not a helpful service to you. Very misleading. Call someone else that may actually be able to HELP you. If any of the reviews on this company are good they were probably written by the owner himself.
