Ticket Liquidator Deceptive business practices Manchester Connecticut

Unlike most of the complaints I see against this business, mine is not related to their ridiculous mark-ups and fees. In fact, I was very aware that I would be paying considerably more than the face value of the ticket. With that said, my sole purpose of using this site was to purchase good seats. The venue still had tickets available and there was no shortage of other online resources to purchase seats in the back of the venue. The only reason I made the mistake of using this particular service was to get good seats. Again, no real problem with the mark-up as it was expected in order to get good seats. Unlike legitimate sites like Stub-Hub where you actually see what you are buying BEFORE you pay for it, this site offered seats in a section. In my case what I thought was Orchestra Center Front ($200 each with fees) turned out to be simply Orchestra botttom floor. In other words, basically the entire bottom floor of the venue. I was shocked when my tickets arrived and discoverd that my $80.00 face value tickets that I paid $200.00 for technically were in the Orchestra Section; but in this case it really meant the very back right of the building. I was willing to pay a premium for good seats, but not for the worst seats in the venue that could have easily been purchased at face value. I fully expect a response from Ticket Liquidators stating they delivered what was advertised and of course did nothing wrong. If you decide to purchase tickets through this company, be prepared to recieve something other than what you expected. At best their business practices are deceptive in my opinion.
