Ticket Titans I paid WAY over face value of what the same tickets cost the day of the show ($452 vs $160) for 2 tickets. The tickets were ordered in Nov 2012 as a Christmas gift for my husband. The tickets did not Internet

Eventhough there is a recorded message on their phone number, I was not aware until I called the week before our event, of who I was actually dealing with.  I called to be sure that my tickets were on the way.  I ordered them on Nov 7, 2012 and the concert was Feb 13, 2013.  But, I was assured via email that I would receive them one week prior to the event.  We received the 'tickets' the day BEFORE the event - and they were on a gift card.  I had no experience with this type of ticket and luckily the instructions they provided worked and we were admitted without incident. 

I am taking issue with the fact that I paid WAY more than the value of the tickets.  I feel taken advantage of as I ordered them so far in advance and was willing to pay for decent seats.  The seats are selling right now on line for the show tonight for $80/each.  I paid $452 for both plus an "other expenses" charge of $103.96.  I am pretty sure that I could have saved a hefty amount of money had I gone with a different ticket sales group.  I have NEVER had these types of issues before and I will not recommend or use Ticket Titans ever again!  Their only saving grace with me is that when I called I was able to eventually speak to a person.
