TicketLiquidator.com / MyTicketTracker.com protects ticket scammers - use at own risk Internet

My wife purchased tickets from TicketLiquidator.com for me and my son to go to a baseball game on Father's Day as a surprise.  Little did I know I would get a bigger surprise when we were turned away at the door because the same tickets were resold on StubHub, making my tickes not worth the paper they are printed on!  

TicketLiquidator is nothing more than a third party reseller that provides no service other than protecting scammy tickets sellers.  The only possible way to get a refund is to FAX a letter written by the ticket office on 'venue letterhead' that states you were denied access.  Little would you know that the ticket office is never going to provide that because they don't want you using these third party middle men either!  The customer service rep will say, "the ticket office cannot legally deny you documentation", but actually they can - they took no money from you and owe you NOTHING.

The ticket office did tell me that anyone is free to call and confirm that these tickets were sold and honored through StubHub, but TicketLiquidator absolutely refused to make that call.  They say they need proof that you didn't get in, but when given the opportunity to get undeniable proof, they refused to even make a call.  That was the point where it became obvious that they were not willing to help in any way and really didn't care that I was a legitimate ticket purchaser that got ripped off.  The customer service rep basically told me I would have to sue them to get any kind of refund, unless I am able to compel the ticket office to provide this 'official documentation' that the ticket office told me flat out, they simply DO NOT EVER PROVIDE.  

At best, they are just a middle man that provides no service other than inflating ticket prices for their own benefit, and at worst they are a front that protects scammers through their B.S. terms and conditions.  

So their 'WORRY FREE 125% GUARANTEE' is far from worry free.  Before even considering this company just take a look at the reviews on Consumer Affairs:

That pretty much says it all.  If you still think you want to use this site, I highly recommend you call the venue in advance and confirm you are able to get this ridiculous 'letter on venue letterhead' in the case the tickets are fake.  Because based on reviews, there's a good chance they will be and you will look like a jerk AND be stuck with the bill!
