ticketofficesales.com ticket broker unethically exorbitant fees

I purchased 3 tickets to Riverdance at the State Theater in Minneapolis, Friday, March 26. Had I walked over to the box office, these three seats would have cost me $195. Going through ticketofficesales.com, the cost of the seats was $569. They fulfilled their promise to seat my daughter-in-law, my granddaughter and myself on the main floor by putting us 5 rows from the back wall of the house. What was their $374 brokerage fee for?

Maybe all ticket brokers are this unethical and ticketsalesoffice.com is just in an ugly business. I'm not that experienced (or else I'd not have gotten this ripped off I suppose). Working with ticketsalesoffice.com was a terrible experience. Next time I'll run over my foot with a heavily loaded wheelbarrow for the pure joy of it rather than purchase through this company again. It's one of those cases where you find out how you were treated and wonder who you can contact to right this wrong and realize, helplessly, that there's nothing you can do about.
