That clearly defines we were guaranteed section 101. We paid $334.00 per ticket with a $34.00 service fee per ticket plus the delivery fee of $14.95. Unbeknownst to us, those tickets sell on the Van Andel site for $160 approximately each. Quite a mark up wouldn't you say?

We received the tickets only to find we did NOT get our section requested, as was guaranteed with our receipt but received a substandard section in an area we did not want. When we looked up the section they gave us instead, those tickets sell for $95. When we requested a full refund due to the obvious fact that these WERE NOT the tickets we ordered and were guaranteed, we were advised via email that they have a no return policy. How can they not stand behind the guarantee they say?

Not only did we pay almost 4 times the face value for the original tickets we have now paid $334 for $95 dollar tickets? How can anyone get away with ripping off the consumer this way? This has put such a bad taste in our mouths with the obvious rip off we have experienced and the total lack of tickets-center.com lack of providing any type of customer service. We just want to be treated fairly and pay for what we received.

The tickets clearly show a price of $95 so they should at the very least, if they won't refund our total amount, at least not rip us off completely and refund us the difference of the face value of the tickets.Thank you.
