Recently, I purchased concert tickets from ticketsmyway.com. The company took money out of my account for the tickets, but I did not recieve them.

I tried to call the company, but only got busy signals. Their online help was "not available", and it is not possible to look up any events on the website. A message pops up saying "contact web administrator".

Well, good luck to anyone trying to reach them. If anyone has suggestions on how to get my money back, I am more than willing to listen.
