I purchased 6 tickets to a June 2nd concert on 3/14/06. This company wasted no time charging my credit card. The concert was last night and I wasn't there because I had no tickets! Yes, Tickets My Way and Headliner Tickets are now defunct, but the two owners, Curtis Gebers and Brian De Hoyos are more than likely operating under new business names right now! They must be stopped!
Anyone who has been ripped-off as I was should file an internet fraud report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov. It only takes a few minutes to complete the form. Even if I never hear another word about an investigation, I'll feel better knowing that those two names are in FBI and other law enforcement agencies' files. The more complaints they receive, the better the odds are of catching these con artists!
One more word of caution...I also received a phone call from someone claiming to represent Ticket City who felt compelled to let me know that Tickets My Way had filed for bankruptcy. He somehow had all of my personal information and happened to have more tickets he was willing to sell me. Right!

I have filed a complaint with the Nevada State Attorney General-Bureau of Consumer Protection in addition to filing with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3.gov). One isolated complaint probably won't get much attention, but if every person who has posted a complaint on this web site will also file complaints with these two consumer protection agencies, they will have to take notice and see the history of fraud and theft by the owners of the company! Let's fight back!
