On 2/27/06, I ordered four Beauty and The Beast tickets at $150 each, plus $12 FEDEX charge. They charged additional $96.00 for handling and took a total of $708.00 out of my bank account the next day. They left a message on our home recorder on 3/13/06 that tickets were being shipped on 3/15/06 and if not received by 3/17/06 we should call them.

No tickets, FEDEX has no record. Impossible to get through by telephone and system won't let you leave voice mails. All emails sent to them get returned as their mailboxes are full.

Event was Sunday night 3/19 and we missed it. Also now impossible to get our money back.
