I ordered Billy Joel tickets and spent $500 on them for my husbands birthday. I have not recieved them as of yet and when I called to check on them I have gotten answering machines that say, "we are not in please call back tomorrow", and now today the message says "we are out of business and no tickets are being mailed out"
I checked my bank account and there has been no money refunded. I have emailed every email address and called every phone number from the website and got no answer. I have filed a fraud claim with my CC/bank and they are investigating it and crediting me the money back. I would advise everyone to do that so they get investigated by all CC's and Banks, and you will get your money refunded.
This company also goes by the name HEADLINER TICKETS so beware of both of them!!!!

Yes. Tickets My Way / Headliners Tickets was a scam and appears to be out of business. My question is, how did you get your cc/bank to refund your money? I have a MC thru my bank and they only said they would investigate and then only IF they recovered the money would it be refunded to me. I'm sure many others are in a similar situation, so any advice would be appreciated.
