I placed an order on June 30, 2012 and my credit card was charged on July3, 2012. On August 7, 2012 I was told by "Cathy" that my order would ship on August 10, 2012. I called on August 27, 2012 but only got voicemail and I left my inquiry request.

Still not receiveing a response, I left messages on the 28th, and 29th of August and then on August 30th, I left a message to cancel. Each time I left a voicemail I sent an email to Customers@Tidewaterworkshop.com.

I have yet to hear any word from this company, but on Sept. 5, 2012 i will file a non-delivery complaint with my Credit Card company.

Mr. Goldenberg's issue was resolved in 2012 with a full credit to his American Express card.
