On 4/3/2004 I placed an order for some benches, a serving cart, and a serving tray. First, they did not give the the $65.00 credit promised for an order over $300.00. I called and they finally gave me a credit of $61.60 but not the $65.00 credit as advertised.
After 3 months had passed and I did not receive my order, I called to cancel my order and for them to issue credit to my credit card. They said they would. One and a half months have passed again and they have not issued credit to my card.
Tidewater Workshop is having voice mail answer their phones and they do not return my calls. They still owe me $246.40 and I know it does not take one and one half months to credit a credit card.

Initially there was some confusion when Ms. Hope applied a 20% discount to her $308 order and it resulted in a reduction of $61.60 after she had somehow calculated $65. This issue was completely resolved long ago in 2004, when a FULL refund of $308 (first $61.60, then $246.40) was issued to Ms. Hope's American Express card.
