Tiffany & Company ripoff Be careful Examine product with a microscope or their will be no return or exhange Coral Gables Florida

I have purchased several products at Tiffany but always online. I have never had a problem but most recently I decided to buy an item at the actual store. As always the staff was very professinal and helped me immediately. I was shown the product that I wanted to purchase and it was behind the a glass cube. I told the salesperson that was the product I wanted and he proceeded to get my actual product from their storage space and he began to giftwrap it in the signature Tiffany box and white bow. A couple of days later I gave the present to my girlfriend and come to find that the product is scratched. The items value was $300.

I proceeded to return it at the store but was TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT SELL MERCHANDISE IN THAT CONDITION AND THAT THEY WERE A PRESTIGIOUS STORE AND THAT THE ONLY THING THEY COULD DO IS POLISH IT FOR ME!!! THATS ALL POLISH IT FOR ME... THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE. I HAD MADE THE PURCHASE ONLY ABOUT FOUR DAYS BACK. IN OTHER WORDS I WAS TRYING TO SCAM THEM. I have never returned anything I had recently bought from them. BE CAREFUL DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS TIFFANY OR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD. I WAS MISTREATED AND INSULTED.
