Tiffany Cozart is a scam. She did my wedding back in January 2009. It is January 2010 and I have yet to receive ANYTHING my husband and I have paid for. We also took engagement pictures with her that have not been provided either. The months that we booked her prior to our wedding she was never available by phone, nor via email. Every time I ever needed to contact her it would take weeks to get any response. Every time she finally got back in touch with me she always had some bizarre excuse for not calling. Prior to my wedding I was asked to pick out an engagement picture that would be displayed at my wedding, needless to say she couldn't even get this part right.... It was the wrong one and was terribly distorted from her having it done last minute at Walgreens or something to the equivalent. The thank you cards that were placed on my guests table at the wedding were also the wrong picture. A week prior to my wedding I tried to get in touch with her to give her details of my wedding day. AGAIN, it was near about impossible to get her on the phone. When she finally called me back she claimed that she had pneumonia and had been in the hospital. Needless to say, the night of my wedding she danced and flirted with all of my groomsman, left on my wedding parties party bus and stayed out with the entire wedding party until early hours of the morning. Everything she tells you is a complete lie. I trusted her even after she told me several lies. My husband has ran into her recently and asked where our pictures were, she claimed that she just put them in the mail and we should received them in a few days... WELL, that was a month ago. Tiffany Cozart should have her business shut down. If you know anyone that is considering using her tell them to run!!
