8/10/06 I ordered an iRiver mp3 player from TigerDirect and followed all the directions explicitly. On the OR website, the rebate was accepted 8/30/06. I've inquired multiple times with email, and got no response. No answer on telephone calls after LONG waits on hold. Tigerdirect says 'they can do nothing'.

Tigerdirect has got to be in bed with these people and schemes to keep from paying the rebates promised and owed. This is A TOTAL RIPPOFF. Buyer BEWARE.

If you don't find the price good enough WITHOUT the rebate with TigerDirect, DON'T BUY IT!!!

Me, I'll NEVER buy from TigerDirect again.
