(even bought paneling to repair sun room but took it back out of spite) Had to wait two hours when i went to get key and ended meeting with Dan who I had no idea who he was.  Dallas Texas

Wont answer calls or text. A/C Unit sucks!!! These guys suck!! Save your money and your sanity and don't get into a lease with these guys. Thank God we are out of ours!!!!

Tim Chaney and Dan Hall are the worst so called landlords I had to deal with in my many years of renting. They promised working appliances, simple things like a microwave. We sold ours because Tim told us we would have a brand new microwave. The A/C is horrible in this duplex. They wont return calls, emails or text. If you have an emergency like your microwave blowing out your A/C because it's to much power for the light socket that the makeshift power outlet that is screwed into. The day I was to meet with Tim to get the key, he didn’t show up. Some guy i have never met before shows up acting all sketchy apologizing because Tim was at another house working on something. He says his name is Dan Hall and he is Tim Chaney's partner & boyfriend. Says Tim can locate the keys, almost three hours later after watching him run back in forth from his truck to the house and trying to open windows and calling Tim and yelling at him on the phone via voice mail because he won't answer the phone. And him going to home depot to get new locks since he has to drill out the locks because of the lost keys. They have been a nightmare since day one. We got attorney  involved, sent letters. They sent us to letter to vacate because he said our dog was over 30 pounds, He never weighed our dog. He allows the next door neighor to feed all these cats that are reproducing like crazy and hoard them. It's a pretty nasty sight to live next to. And you can litterly look out and see at least 7-10 cats in bewteen the yards. And she will feed them in your yard.  These guys will rip you off. Unfortunletly lost some money in this event, thankfully Karma is on my side. Huge sketchy slumlords. These guys can;t even look you in the eye.
