Tim Chaney and Dan Hall Stole my application fee Dallas Texas

We were looking at a duplex to rent out.  We came accross the Dunloe duplex and liked it.  We decided to put in an application.  I asked Tim to look at the application before we put it in.  He said he needed the $80 first.  I was very hesitant.  I just did not have a good feeling about it or him, but it was the best place we had found so far and we were running out of time.  Immediately after I sent him the money I did a little research.  I found where he has screwed over multiple people.  

I decided we would keep looking and anything would be better then the complaints we saw about Tim's management.  I asked him not to go through with the application and to send the money back.  He has blocked my number and will not respond to my emails.  It looks like we really dodged that bullet.  We lucked out and found a great place with a great company.  Stay away from these two men.  They are not good people.  Hopefully they will get what they deserve eventually.
