Erik this isn't true about Tim remember i was there? you came over to all of us when we were at his front yard talking. I was the one that had the great offer remember??? I was the one in the import export business. You herd us all talking and you asked Tim numerious times" hey do you think I could get in on it?" It wasn't Tim asking you. I was bringing in motor cycles non name brand from china remember?? sure you remember again I was there. No body ever asked you for twenty grand. You were the one who kept asking if you could get in on it because you " just got money".When I told you that you could you went and said that ok Tim could come pick up a check from you tomorrow because your girlfriend had your check book. Thats' how Tim got a check from you. I told you that the 2500.00 you wanted to put in was very minimal to the fifteen grand we all were putting in, but we told you that we would let you in. As far as you having your money back in five days you and I both know that was a lie. We told you that it would be at least ten days before we would se any return. You are the one who came over asking for your money back because your girlfriend didn't want you to do it. The next day when we were out front again you came over to us ( remember I lived right next door to Tim) and told Tim that you needed your money back. Tim told you that he couldn't give it to you right away because he put everything he had at the time into this just like I did and Cris and keith. Who were also there remember ??? There was no verbal threats to you from him nor from him to you, All you did was act like a little kid. As far as him telling you that you could get your money back from him, Yes he did tell you that he would try to get it back to you ASAP, But remember I told you it wasn't his deal it was mine and all you did was say " I wrote him the check" This is all bogas what you put on this website about him, I was there. This couldn't have anything to do with him & I calling the police on you for masterbating in your front window at the 15 year old girl that lived neext to me could it??? or because we made fun of your "mail order" girlfriend from Asia???. or because when the kid next door to you stole all your porn magazines you for some reason thought it was one of us.?? I didn't even know about all these lies on here until I ran into Tim and he told me. And when I pulled this up I was mad. And you know why don't you Erik ?? Because I was there and it was my deal not his all he and I did was try to let you in on it and remember I said no at least ten times but Tim said go ahead and let you in. Oh and remember you did get paid remember I'm the one who paid you. And I think you moved away because we all thought you were a sick pervert. Oh and another thing your lie about being in Tim's house talking with his wife?? highly unlikely because she never liked you remember ??. This is all garbage you are such a liar. And we all know what happened don't we because I lived right next door to Tim and you came over to us Tim never approached you. I have done several deals with Tim Smith in Mission viejo (6) deals to be exact.

Not only did he do as he said but he never ripped me off and our deal was alot more then 2500.00 that you had said. There must have been something that happened to cause your deal not to happen, but he has come through with me everytime.
