Timber Lodge RV Resort Inc. Jim Jerdeadmin@timberlodgerv.com refuse to allow me to cancel my membership after 4 yrs of being a member. Eagan Minnesota

After 4 years of belonging to Timber Lodge RV Resorts, Inc. which allowed me memberships to RPI and CC, my wife and no longer travel and camp. We stay at another Resort during the winter. We have decided to cancel our membership since we will no longer be using it.

Now comes the problem. Timber Lodge RV Resort, Inc. refuses to allow me to cancel. They claim I have joined for 10 years. No where on my contract does it mention anything about a time limit nor was I ever informed of a time limit. Jim Jerde referred me to the admin@timberlodgerv.com. No phone #, just email address. Now Jim Jerde will not answer my phone calls from my cell phone. I know how that works. Besides paying TimberLodge, I also have to pay CC and RPI yearly membership. So like I said we will no longer be using it, so why pay for it. I have have gone through Minnesota BBB, they have done all they can do and adviced me to contact an attroney. They had names of some handling cases like this. I am going to use my own.

It is a shame that people like this are allowed to continue to ripoff consumers. I got a notice back in the summer that Timber Lodge Resort Park was changing its name to "Hillcrest RV Park". I'm sure this is another side step to remove themselves from all the trouble they are having.

Anyway I should be meeting with my lawyer this week. I'm not going to allow a scam artist to rip me off.
