Time Warner Cable Company TWC paying for service that we don't get, that neighbors get at the same price. Norwalk Ohio

For a year and a half, my wife and I payed Time Warner Cable $72.00 a month or more for 19 channels of cable tv and internet. Now my neighbors are paying the same price for 70 channels and internet. Whats wrong with this picture? They have sent sellers to knock on my door offering more channels and say you get certain channels you want and then when you agree with a contract (signed) Time Warner Cable doesn't honor that contract. We've called them several times and each service person you talk too lies to you constantly. Time Warner Cable has not told us the truth not once ever since we had their service.

We never ever missed a payment when it was due. Ever!!! we have proof with bank statements from 2013 of Janurary. and now Time Warner Cable is charging us $150.00 for services we never gotten or ever had. They can't tell us why we owe $150.00. Then the service teller will tell us they are taking it off our bill and we still for the last three months , still get a bill of $150.00 on top of the $72.00 we payed for 19 channels. The 19 channels consist of 4 local channels, 3 church channels, a weather channel, one old movie channel and the rest all advertisments all day long 24 -7. We have a filter on our cable outside box so we don't get the regular channels they have without the cable box or filter being off.

They are scamming us with the channels we have , or don't get. We are paying way to much for 19 channels while others have 70 or more for the same price. Time Warner said they would cut our bill down to $64.00 for 19 channels and internet, No they didn't we pay $72.00 and in some cases we pay more. Time Warner Cable Company lies to you, cheats and scams. I don't want their service ever and I want reembersed for the money we spent on 70 more channels that we didn't get. and I want that $150.00 off our account that we don't owe. Each payment was payed by check so we have all copies from the back we use. They can't say we never made a payment ever.
