Time Warner Cable TWC Don't fall for their crooked promotional deals (all of their deals, including their Joint Promotion with Verizon Wireless, Everywhere, Nationwide

I had cable tv, home phone and Internet service with TWC for years.  But after being treated like a step child against TWC's new customers. I cancelled my home phone and internet with TWC and went with Verizon.  I would have switched all 3 if Fios was available in my area.  However, I was contacted many times by your reps.  After being persuaded by your rep to come back, I contacted TWC to take advantage of the triple play promotion and one of your tech came out on 3/12/3013 to switch my internet and home phone.  I was even persuade to upgrade my Verizon Wireless phone to take advantage of their Joint Promotion with Verizon Wireless.  So I decided not to wait for the new Iphone or Samsung phone and ordered an LG phone that was on Verizon Web site for $0. Although I wasn't the phone I wanted, I thought I was saving lot of money.  But when I called back to verify my order and the delivery tacking number, I was told the phone was about $150, instead of being free.  They told me the phone prices were different from Verizon Wireless Web site.  But they don't tell you that.  I cancelled right away.  I would have been stuck paying for delivery and restocking fee for ordering a phone that I didn't even want in the first place.  Back to the TV, internet home phone (triple deal)...  

I call them back several times to verify what I needed to send them, because they require various documents, and every time I call to get information or to verify something, I get a different answer.  I heard from, I don't qualify because I have a different package??? to because I was a TWC customer last year, etc.  It was TWC that contacted me to come back to TWC and take the triple deal with $200 gift card, because I qualify.  It was even told to me that it was even a better deal than the Best Buy deal, because I get a Visa card instead of only Best Buy gift card.  So, I cancelled my service with Verizon and your Tech. came out to my house to switch things over to TWC.  The tech. had to go out side to the junction box to switch my service from Verizon to TWC.  I also have an email from Verizon about the cancellation of my service with Verizon.  Most recent phone call was about the work order.  One of the fine print on the agreement says that I have to send the redemption center a copy of a work order from TWC.  However, when I called TWC to get a copy, I was told TWC don't give out copies of Work Orders.  I have a copy of the emails I have from TWC regarding that.  Now I am being told that it's not the work order, but because I was a TWC customer last year that I don't qualify.  I am going to repeat... TWC, ASKED ME TO COME BACK TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DEAL.  I am not the one who called them first.  I also asked for the copy of the last email transcript (they ask you if you want one), but I have yet to receive that neither.  Ofcourse I made my own copy. 

 I don't trust TWC anymore.  TWC s hould do some research on their customer comments.  They are are all over the place as a rip off deal and I even read somewhere there's even talks of class action lawsuit regarding this deal.  I was promised a phone call back in the next couple of days.  If I don't get one, I will be asking for my money back.  That's also in their advertisement.  Money back guarantee.  Read all the find print of the deal, before switching over to TWC.  Also, keep calling them back to check on where you stand on your gift card.  They will switch things around on your account to make you not qualify.  I was told today that my triple deal is not the triple deal I ordered and I didn't qualify.  How can I get the same price of the triple deal and not have the triple deal?  Can someone tell me that?  This would be a lawyer's dream case.  He or she will fine so many angry clients that were lied to, I am sure only an idiot lawyer would loose.  Also, I am sure TWC and Verizon Wireless will want to settle.  Can you imagine the negative press they would get?  Can you see how many customer they would loose?  Even the ones they just got?  I am sure they will run, as soon as their contract ends.  I know I will.
