TIme Warner Cable Bad Customer SErvice Plano Texas

Here my my story.
In August 2006 I received great special from T.W> 29.99 for cable( HBO and Starz included ) and 29.99 for cable internet.
When the special ended in 2007, I called T>W and was given another special 84.75 for the same package but for over 80 bucks, for not switching to Verizon (offering Fios tv and f.o internet for about the same price). Everything was fine for two months, until 2 days ago, when they cut of HBO and Starz.
When I called customer service, I was told that my package does not include those channels, because the special has ended in August. I told them that I have been getting this programs for the last two months and my bill is showing that they are included ( including the last bill I just paid, covering the period until 10/22). I was than told that on October 2nd I called and changed my package again. When I told cust. serv. that I never called,and would certainly remeber if I did, he pretty much implied that I am a liar .
He said that if I call tommorow and speak to the manager, meybe he will " jaggle" my memory.
To make long story short, when I called next day I was given bunch of excuses for my channels being cut off:
That the package I had previously, was with Comcast ( Lie - I have contracts with T>W to prove it)
again, I supposely called on 10/2 and changed my package.
etc.
Next week I will swithc to Verizon -Fios. Much better deal and hopefuly customer service will not call me a liar. Switch to someone else if you have a choice.
