I signed up for the Timeshare Sales with a neighbor that worked there on June 9th,2008. It was suppose to be $399.00. When I was charged $599.00 I didn't say anything to avoid getting her in trouble with her new job.
When I asked if anyone had shown any interest she told me that they haven't done any shows yet so when they did they would feature my Timeshare.
Within a couple of months she told me that one of the partners came into the business and took all of the money and shut down all of the computers and my information went missing. Then she said that she would ask the other partner what to do. The partner said that she was not responsible so I should dispute it with my credit card company.
I disputed this charge with my Discover credit card on 10/14/08. Two months later on 12/14/08 the charge returned and to top it off it put me over my limit and I received additional fees. I feel very cheated.
