Where do I began, the people you are dealing with are telemarketers, unlic. individuals, having no knowledge really of how the industry works. They work strickly on a commission basis and it is from your money you pay. If you own a property I advise you never pay anyone to sell it. except a licensed person in the state you are in to work on a commission basis. The only thing that should cost you money is possibly title transfer and maybe fees owed by the resort or if taxes are involved. You do not need to pay anyone to market anything for you unless you want to. but of course know that like you there are thousands sitting in cyber space and timeshare does not easily resell. My best advice do not be taken by anyone. due your research, these places are ripping people off everyday!!
How do they sleep at night?? Alot of these people are so desperate to get rid of the timeshare they put their last dollar to pay these companies to do a job that promises to get them what they paid for it or more. Bottom line is you cant sell these things for more then a few hundred dollars or maybe under a few g's but certainly NOT ten g or higher that i have seen. Do your work, usually you can rent directly from the resort (hint) research everything very carefully. Watch your self and your pocket book.!!! best advice ever.
And by the way you can look up every state has it google it or something your realestate property rights and advisory. Don't be discouraged if your local realtor might not want to help you remember it is still commission that they work off of and timeshare does not move like the housing market and beware of anyone wanting to refinance your mortgage that does not live in your state. Do your homework!!!! investigate. it works, it pays off. Together maybe we can put these people (criminals) out of business for good!! p.s This is not the only marketing company that (repeats) the behavior of the above.

Timeshare Market Pro,Inc (located in Davie,Florida -home of the Miami Dolphins) advertised our property and in within 6 weeks our property sold....period! We got a price for our timeshare that we negotiated with the buyer, and TMP's professionalism and customer service was "par excellance" -so much so that we recommended TMP to our fellow timeshare owners! Thank you TMP -and nothing but kudos to you!

We advertised our timeshare property with Timeshare Market Pro,Inc(TMP) of Davie,Fl and it sold within 6 weeks for a good price that we negotiated with the buyer.We were so pleased with TMP's advertising service that we recommended TMP to some of our friends who then advertised their timeshare properties with TMP and their's sold as well! TMP's customer service was responsive and their advertising was top-notch and very professional! Cudos to TMP -thank you for helping us sell our property!
