TIMESHARE REGISTRY INTERNATIONAL T.R.I. CHARGED ME $800 NEVER RENTED MY TIMESHARE IN 2007 AND I DEPOSITED MY WEEK AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T RENTED IT FOR ME DUNEDIN Florida

In 2007 I paid T. R. I. $800 to rent my timeshare in Kissimmee FL, Westgate Vacation Villas, for the week of 2/17-2/24. Their rep., Rob Nybar said he could change the week for me so it would fall during super bowl week and people would be lining up to rent my timeshare. He promised me I could easily receive $5700 for my week or more. Super bowl week came and passed with no results for me and no results for the week of 2/17-2/24 also. So I was out $800 for nothing and complaints to the B.B.B. didn't help either.

I saved or deposited my week and contacted T.R.I. again to see if they could rent the week I have reserved for late Nov.-early Dec. 2008, they wanted an additional $400, but after I complained they said forget the $400 and they would try to rent it. I spoke to an Adam who said they've had many inquiries and they're only waiting for people to get financing. I feel this type business should be better regulated by the state of Florida and I feel my money should be refunded to me wiyh interest, unless my timeshare is successfully rented.
