On 2/26/2013, I received a call from a Joseph Duvellt. He claimed he was with Timeshare Solutions. He stated that they a couple interested in buying our timeshare and in order to start the process I had to wire or moneygram $180.00. The paperwork would be overnighted and should receive documents on Thursday or Friday.
I was instructed to moneygram the money to CFO Casey Tuliano with Timeshare Solutions, then he changed it to Timothy Ackerman. Address: 3701 N. 50th St., Ste B, Tampa, FL 33619; Phone: 813-505-1455
To date, I have received no documents. I've called Joseph Duvellt numerous times and get no answer or reply to my messages.
I've been scammed and someone needs to put a stop to this.

Timeshare Resale Scams
AUTHOR: ThomasR - ()

Timeshare fraud has been around since the timeshare idea was created, but they increase during poor economy. When times are difficult, timeshare owners are stuck with properties they can´t travel to or even afford. Desperate to recoup some money to pay for bills, they can easily become victims to scams artists pretending to be their timeshare salvation who will take upfront fees -as much as five number figures in some cases- but fail to fulfill their promise. These are good articles on how to get out of a timeshare resale scam: http://www.timesharescam.com/
