It all began in May of '08.  I was cold called by Christian Smith from Timeshares By Owner in Orlando. I had never heard of them or any other company selling Timeshares..Don't know how they got my name? It sounded too good to be true (it was indeed). Did I want to sell?  Yes.  This guy said he had someone ready to buy, and I could close in about 45 days. It would only cost me X amount of money to advertise.

After checking BBB and going on their website it all looked good to me. From that time on I spoke to so many people who all had a different story. Every year it was another agent, and more money to renew contracts.Everyone said they were a better sales person, and they would sell it, or that they had someone who wanted to buy them. I had a 2 and 3 bdrm in the mts.

On 7-11 got a call saying the 3 bdrm was sold and my closing would be in 8 wks. But my contract had run out and Kerrie Stillner needed more $ . So like a fool I gave her the $  talked with her 1 time and never heard again. I talked with so many people, no one knew anything.

In Nov. got a call from Troy Harrison said Kerrie had moved to the Flagler Bch. office, and was swamped and he was my new agent. Of course he had several clients ready to buy.( Ha Ha.!) Deals always would fall through at the last minute, and by that time he was gone and Beth King #1 salesperson in Fl. took over.

Beth was a great sales gal. She really fooled me, didn't ask for $ until  of Dec.of course my ad contract had run out and I must give her more $ since she was "the best!" for the next year.She said she'd have it sold by Christmas, raised selling price and of course her's also.  After that I did not hear from her again.Calling customer service was a wasted call,no one ever knew anything.

On 4-29-11 got a call from a Kelly McClenton in the Jacksonville office, she was only one who didn't say she had  a buyer. She told me she needed the job , had a ill son and would would do her best to sell the 2. Talked with her 2 times then nothing. Same old story.

In a few months I heard from someone who knew that Troy Harris, Kerrie Stillner, and Beth King were all from a rouge co. in Flagler.They had all left TSBO in Orlando, opened a office using TSBO's name and were being sued, and also investigated by the Florida State Attory's office, and probally would be thrown in jail. If anyone knows if this is true please let me know.

I thought that I was the only one who was so gullible, foolish, and just plain stupid, but after seeing all these web stites with stories about people like me and you, I don't feel as bad as before.
