After calling Tiny Details, and finding out information in regard to assembling miniature books from home, I was convinced I would like to work for them.  I ordered 2 kits and they were sent fairly fast.  I sent in my sample and I was approved.

Here is my timeline:

1. Ordered my first two kits February 2-1-11
2. Confirmation of shipment was sent on 2-8-11
3.  Approval of book was received 2-15-11
4.  Mailed back  via priority mail 2-18-11  first set of 50 books
5.  received them on 2-22-11
6.  Called 3-1-11 to verify receipt and to make sure request was received for extra pages and dust jackets of books was received.  (Misprints)
7.  ED called back 3-2-11 to say that books had some issues and that they were being sent back with ways to correct them.

After speaking to Ed and feeling fairly confident that the books I did were ok, I STUPIDLY ordered two more kits.

I have tried calling and have left aprox 6 messages, ALL OF WHICH HAVE GONE UNANSWERED

I have also written several emails those too have not been answered.

A Waste of Time

AUTHOR: amberlee - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 19, 2011

Well After proceeding cautiously a lot has happened.  I received an email so much as stating that they do not answer the phones if you call more than once or twice because its a waste of time and resources.  SO calling to find out the status of  something forget it they will never answer, it will go to recorder, and you MAY get a phone call back, but dont count on it.

Here is a timeline of my second set of books to them.... Mailed the item to them on the 23rd of March and the items from this were not inspected until April 14th. YEP took that long for them just to inspect them, not to mention the three weeks it took them to mail this out to me.

Summation:  DON'T waste your time on this company.  Its not worth it and customer service will get  the hair on your neck in a tizzy.

Save your hard earned money and do some research before using this company.  Double check the BBB and read reports here, then make your decision.

Good Luck.

Today, I received a phone call from Tiny Details in which the person who runs the office what on vacation, and the person whom took over for him, had deleted phone calls.

I feel confident that they will hold true to their word, however I am proceeding cautiously!
