Mail Fraud activities at Tiny Details. Any one who affilitates themselves with this company must Beware. The principal Owner Chris, who refused to give me his last name, is in the business of taking advantage of any one who purchased kits to assemble at home. They are in the business of doll house mini items that they sell. What they don't do however is send the proper materials then refuse to pay for services rendered. The Rooservelt Fans were listed as a new "easy" item to create, yet after purchasing 5 kits and realizing that the paper was of pathetic quality and the image would not match on the fold, the owner refused to give me back my monies. This same owner swore at me and hung up the phone when I explained that since he admitted to sending inferior paper he should have the decency of refunding my monies since I spent over 35 hours trying to accomodate a poor product! He even had the audacity to send me a sample of a finished fan that was not made from the same cheap paper he sent me to work with. His promise to send another type of kit and that never happened, and he has not refunded one dime of my monies. He even refused to have me mail the cheap sheets of fan paper back to him, saying that they discovered they were not of quality! He actually stole 275.00 from me for 3 bottles of 1.25 oz of elmers glue, 5 cheap razor blades, and a few sheets of cheap grade paper! 275.00! GONE. I am in the process of reporting this unethical, fraudulent company to the attorney general, and pursuing legal advice to help recover my funds. I welcome any advice and help. I have the product that he sent to compare to the sample and it is significantly different. Also 2 other adult people tried to fold, glue and cut these fans and found it tedious and impossible to match the lines as the fans sides were uneven from left to right and the paper was to thin to make this an "easy" job.

I have requested my monies returned and have not received one dime. I am appalled at his demeanor and his refusal to give me his last name. He actually told me to go F---Myself!! His receptionist Dixie, was of no help either and seemed to support this SCAM.

I was in a position of needing to make money because of an illness that kept me from working at my ususal job, and this company made my financial situation worse by ripping me off of the little money I had in trying to make money, while recovering from chemotherapy.

Do not trust Tiny Details, they are not a company that is ethical in their practice. They should be ashamed of themselves. Please Beware.
