Tire & Wheel City Sold Defective Tires Citrus Heights Ca,

On March 03, 2018 I purchase and had installed a set of 4 brand new tires (Kumho 215-75-16) on my ford F150 from Tire & Wheel City.  After driving a few months on the new tires I noticed that one of the tires had developed a bubble in it.  I took the tire and rim off my vehicle and brought it back to Tire & Wheel City.  I was told that they needed to send the tire back to the manufacture where they obtained the tires and would get back to me within a couple of days with a resoluation. 

Do to this happening durning the holidays season I gave them a few extra days to contact me.  After about 4 weeks of not hearing from anyone I went to Tire & Wheel City to speak to someone.  I was told that there was nothing they could do for me.  I asked them where the tire and rim was that I brought back to them and was told that they didnt know.  I stressed to them that I needed my tire and rim back as I have been unable to drive my vehicle since this has all happened.  They said they would locate the tire and rim and get back to me again.  This time it took them 1 week to locate the rim but not the tire I paid for.  I picked up the rim.

On January 11, 2019 I filed a compaint with the Better Business Bureau Better Business.  My complaint was sent to Tire & Wheel City for their response. I was advised there was nothing else for me to do except to wait 15 days for their response. 

On February 8, 2019 I received a response from the Better Business Bureau that Tire & Wheel City never responded to the complaint and they closed the file. 

All I was asking for was a replacement of the one tire that was defective not the complete set of 4.  I had to purchase a new tire of course from a different tire business to replace the one with the bubble in it since the Better Business Bureau nor Tire & Wheel City would do anything to help me. 

I am writing this in hopes that potiental customers of Tire & Wheel City dont get scammed like I did.
