Most often a Titanium representative is contacting you for a specific reason as defined by the lender. 1 reason may be to encourqage you to contact your lender. Another reason may be to collect documentation to apply for a loan modification.

Another reason may be to collect financial information to determine what the best solution is to make your mortgage current. Another reason is to access damage and value of your Home. Definately, if you are unemployed or for other reasons you can no longer afford your mortgage a short sale is a possible solution. But this is between you and your lender. Titanium solutions does NOT make this determination and if you do not feel comfortable dealing with Titanium Solutions you should contact your lender directly.

BUT my advice is deal directly with your lender if you are in financial distress. They would usually rather work something out with co-operative owners than foreclose on your property.
