Im disabled thjey knew this as well as my wife i was in an terrible 18 wheller accident my wife is having to write this i suffer from trumatic brain injury as well as back neck shoulder pinch nerves in back and leg the car was in my sons name josh varnon because gadsden of chevrolet told me my workmans comp and my wifes income wasnt enough but i made every payment for lerss than a year in which i settlrd with workmans & the trucking co. i got the loan for christmas because me and my wife had bought a home and land paided off car plkus paided family members that helped us in opur time of need i was to go on ssi andf medicare at beginning of 2016 there has been some complications i feel they took my caR IN LESS than 2 months even though ki was only 1 and half payments behind they seen my car and saw a person that could be preyed upon if i or any other normal citizen did thios we would be arressted for grand theft auto but they have lobbist in montgermy

simply put title max took advantage of me and my disablites my wife is writing this i suffer from trumatic brain injury plus back neck injuries my car is was a 2011 chevy cruz used only has 67,000 miles on it has on star in perfect condition when i first got the loan i tried to turn around and give them $400.00 she would not except it we where told payment is not due for 30 days the loan was for $4,000 i had just paid the car off from gadsden chevrolet it was in my sons name because my workmans comp and my wifes income was not enough even though i was the one that made the payments of $289.00 a month i settled with workmans and the trucking co. in aug. of 2015 for $83,000 and thje beginning of 2016 i was to go on ssi & medicare title max knew all off this and still made loan availibe to me then repossessed our car after just 60 days of late payment i tried to go in there and explain what was happinning she told they could work with once i made a late payment of $841.00 and that would give me one week to come up with $400.00 but everyday interst 0f $31.00 was being added they saw my car my cvondition and preyed upon me and my wife my sons name is josh varon like i said i outright own my own home sitting on 6 acres i tried to show this to them pleading with them that i would pay back the loan they where having none of it
