Title Max Phoenix Arizona

 In december of 2015 i recieved a car loan from tiltle max for 900$. Throughout the first year of paying i realized i was only making payments on interest. In 2016 i went to talk to a representative of title max. I explained to them i had been ill, and that i was under several doctors, and that i could not afford the interest i was paying on the car. Now in 2017 im still paying interest to title max on a 900$ loan. I realized in march 2017 that i could no longer make those payments. I also realized that title max is an opportunist company that takes advantage of the poor. I decided to stop payments in march of 2017 and decided to wait for a call from coporate, once i recieved the phone call. I explained to the representative who is known as (Mira) that the interest was just to much for me to handle, But that i wanted to keep my car. I explained to her that i would bring In 200$ for the next couple of weeks if i could take it into the office here in Phoenix, and then i would pay the rest off. (Mira) said that it would be fine and therfore i didnt have to worry about payments. Sadly on May friday the 12th I awoke to find my car missing, i called title max coporate office to speak to (Mira) again. And i found out that everything that (we) spoke of in reference to the car was not put into the computer. She then explained to me that the first month that i missed in March (title max) issued a repo on said vehicle. Now i have to come up with 960$ in 10 days all because of (Mira's) misinformation by title max. I have doctors appointments that i have to miss,physical therapy, and family members transportation to jobs. They are a rip off and should be shut down( just like in MISSISSIPPI) Where they rip off the poor from their hard earned money. Not only were they fined and shut down by the courts they also gave refunds to many paying customers who were also ripped off from the interest that title max applied to their accounts. I have been paying interest for 2 years on a 900$ loan please help and investigate this company to insure that this never happens again. Sincerely, From a tired and frustrated customer in Phoenix AZ
